Can RestroSuite work with my existing computer or tablet?

RestroSuite is web-based and also supports the project’s Android app workflow. Device suitability depends on operating system, browser, printer, network, and the modules you plan to use; these are checked during setup.

What happens after I request registration?

Your outlet request is reviewed before activation. The team confirms your business details, required modules, selected plan, and setup needs before issuing workspace access.

Will billing continue if the internet drops?

Supported operational workflows are designed with local continuity and later synchronization. Exact offline behavior depends on the active module and device configuration, so it is validated during onboarding.

Does it support GST invoices and multiple payment methods?

Yes. The billing workflow supports tax breakdowns and payment categories such as cash, card, and UPI. Your tax configuration remains your business’s responsibility and should be reviewed with your accountant.

Is WhatsApp included in every plan?

WhatsApp messaging is an optional gateway capability and is included only where listed or separately agreed. Availability also depends on gateway setup and the applicable WhatsApp service requirements.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Plan changes and cancellation are handled under the applicable service and refund policies. Review the linked policy documents or contact support before subscribing if you need a specific commercial arrangement.
