Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CodeArc Tech Labs handles information when restaurants, staff, and customers use RestroSuite.

Information we process

We process registration details, tenant and staff profiles, restaurant settings, menu and inventory data, orders, bills, reservations, customer contact details, support requests, device information, and limited security and error logs.

Why we process it

Information is used to provide restaurant operations, authenticate users, isolate tenant data, complete requested workflows, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and vendors

RestroSuite currently uses Supabase for database and backend services and Vercel for web hosting. Optional integrations may process data only when enabled by the tenant. Provider locations and safeguards may change as the platform develops.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We use tenant isolation, restricted backend access, session controls, audit records, and retention limits. Operational logs may be automatically deleted after their configured retention period. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Tenant administrators can update staff access and export or remove many records. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or account closure can be submitted through support. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security needs.
