Refund Policy
Effective June 8, 2026
This policy applies to subscription fees paid directly to CodeArc Tech Labs for RestroSuite. It does not govern restaurant-to-customer food order refunds.
Free and trial access
No refund is due for a free plan or unpaid trial. Features may be limited by the selected plan and the capacity of free infrastructure providers.
Paid subscriptions
You may request cancellation at any time. Unless a local consumer law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Eligible refund requests
Requests made within seven days of an initial paid purchase may be reviewed when the service was materially unavailable or the charge was duplicated. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable.
How to request a review
Open a support ticket with the tenant name, invoice number, payment reference, amount, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restriction while the payment provider reviews the matter.
